Forty years of active service in any one sector is an achievement. Our very own Pete Bassett has been immersed in the landscape and horticulture industry for over 40 years.
From his academic and practical training at Sparsholt College to almost 40 years at the highly respected Goddards (Landscape Contractors) Limited, Pete rose through the ranks to Managing Director, a role that benefited from the drive and dedication he shows in every project undertaken – especially in the delivery of many prestigious and award-winning commercial landscape projects across London and the South East.
In 2025, Pete was awarded the distinguished RHS 40 Year Service Award for his unfaltering service and contribution to horticulture and landscaping.
Nominated by family and colleagues, Pete was immensely proud and surprised to receive his medal and certificate.
