Grounds Maintenance, Supply and Replant

One Station Hill sits opposite Reading Station, a hive of office space with fantastic views over Reading. The development has BREEAM Outstanding sustainability rating, and soon its landscapes will be returning to an equally high standard after a tough summer hampered by water restrictions.

Farley Hill Landscapes began work on an initial 3 month maintenance contract at the end of September 2026. Including supply, planting and replacement of trees and shrubs that succumbed over the hottest of Summers, the Farley Hill maintenance team will then pick up a further 12 month maintenance programme running into 2027.
